I tried to avoid relationships that would cause me to hurt, but now that I’ve found the right guy for me … I look back and think that maybe, just maybe it wouldn’t have hurt me if I did try things out with you …

But the circumstances now are different then before and if we did try things out back then, then maybe I wouldn’t be with the guy I’m with right now … And I can’t even begin to imagine my life without him… But in the back of my head, I still have ” what if’s ” about you.
I regret that I’ve made you suffer as much as you did and I still can’t give you a chance at being with me.

If my future husband set up a huge surprise for me by getting my family involve , tricking me into thinking everything set up is for my dads bday and that when the time comes, he’ll be performing/singing a song for my dad on behalf of his bday BUT actually he sings THIS song for me then after he asks me to marry him … #ISOOOOOWOULD.
